1. Remove your Birria from the consome and shred in another bowl.
2. Preheat a pan or griddle to medium heat
3. Using your cooking oil. Lightly coat your pan or griddle to fry your tortillas
4. Gently dip your tortilla in the consome and lay the tortilla in the pan dipped side down.
5. Quickly add your desired amount of cheese followed by the birria, onions, and cilantro.
6. Fold over closing your taco and let fry until a golden crisp on both sides.
7. On the side in a small bowl add your consome, onions, and cilantro.
8. Plate your desired amount of tacos and use your consome for dipping.
